1. Insurance Coverage:

a. I confirm that I understand that Hugs of Argyll (“the oragniser”) is insured through Westminster Insurance (Policy attached).

2. Huggy as Livestock:
a. I understand and acknowledge that Huggy (our Miniature Shetland Pony) is classified as livestock and whilst every effort is undertaken to ensure safety, I accept the risk of injury resulting from unpredictable horse behaviour, environmental conditions, or my own actions. 

b. Huggy is in receipt of a valid UK equine passport allowing him to travel.

3. Assumption of Risk:
a. I understand and accept that being on the premises at The Venue is at my own risk.
b. I acknowledge that the organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during my visit including but not limited to bites, kicks, abrasions, injuries from falls, slips and trips and allergic reactions

 

4. Payment:

a. I understand that payments for individual 1-1 sessions are required upon arrival to The Venune either by bank transfer or cash.

b. I understand that any block payment is required upon arrival on day 1 of the session. For example; 5 sessions at discounted rates must be paid in full on day 1, session 1.

By signing this disclaimer, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions stated above, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit of Huggy at The Venue. I hereby release and discharge Hugs of Argyll from any liability arising out of or related to my visit whilst on the premises.
 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO RECOVER DAMAGES IN CASE OF INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR RIDING, HANDLING OR USE OF THE OWNER’S HORSE. READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING IT. YOUR SIGNATURE INDICATES YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF AND AGREEMENT TO ITS TERMS.
